Application
For clamping tools with straight shank in ER collet chucks in accordance with DIN 6499.
Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm²
- Internal coolant supply
- Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
- Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080
- All functional surfaces are machined
- All ER16 collet chucks feature a hexagon nut
- Required pull studs no. 23690 and collet chucks no. 23320
