Application
For use on machining centres and CNC machines with tool changer.
Execution
- Shank in accordance with DIN 69893, HSK shape A.
- Precision version with maximum concentricity tolerance ≤ 0.03 mm.
- 100 % concentricity tolerance check using different plug gauge diameters at various measuring points, based on DIN ISO 10888.
- The supplied hexagon key is used for tool clamping.
- Relevant parts hardened and ground.
Advantage
- Accident-proof as opening of the chuck during operation or on a sudden spindle stop is not possible.
- Integrated worm gear ensures high retention torque < 75 Nm with 13 mm diameter.
