Assembly trolley with CLIP-O-FLEX hook-on system

Application

The flexible, modular CLIP-O-FLEX system allows the assembly trolley to be set up as required for production, assembly, development or training, and adapted to individual work sequences at any time. CLIP-O-FLEX sets your work/storage area or your organisation system with one clip and at the same time gives the highest level of horizontal and vertical flexibility.

Execution

• Solidly welded sheet steel structure with painted multiplex panel, 30 mm stark
• Workbench panel with CLIP-O-FLEX support rails installed on the top of the housing left, right and at the rear
• With convenient pull-out system incl. CLIP-O-FLEX trays with hook-in angles 0/40/80°
• Incl. 6 ATORN hard foam inserts, made of polyethylene (PE), two-tone black/blue, resistant to most oils and chemicals thanks to closed-cell structure
• 6 ATORN hard foam inserts fitted with 100 ATORN tools, filling 6 tool trolley trays
• Central locking with cylinder lock incl. 2 keys
• Chassis with 2 fixed wheels and 2 guide rollers, diameter 100 mm, with one guide roller with stop

Notes

The spacing between the tray base and CLIP-O-FLEX mounting profiles is max. 52 mm. Please consider the amount of tool protrusion (max. 22 mm) when using trays equipped with ATORN tool inlays (height 30 mm). Trays of tools with greater protrusion must be stored in the first storage level.
