Application
The stainless steel food sensor is primarily used for measuring the core temperature of food. The sensor is EN 13485 and HACCP-compliant as well as waterproof (according to IP 67), making it especially practical for use in the food sector. It is also heat-resistant, as the sensor cable is made of PTFE.
