Application
For clamping tools with straight shanks without loss of concentricity or clamping force up to shank tolerance h10, for economic machining of individual and series parts with extremely high-precision machining results. Ideal for HPC and HSC machining.
Execution
- 30° trapezoidal thread with polished, extra-long double guide with special anti-friction coating for less friction
- Clamping forces are evenly distributed across the entire cylindrical shell surface and perfect surfaces are achieved due to optimally absorbed radial forces
- Precise centring when tightening the clamping nut
- Suitable torque wrench attachments 23360 960-966, torque wrench is recommended, suitable collet chucks type ER no. 23323 617-658

- Resistant to fluctuations in temperature and entirely suitable for drying processes and hard milling up to 200 °C
- Reinforcement of the chuck body over the diameter of the clamping nut ensures outstanding stability with an optimum interference contour
- Extremely low system concentricity of < 3 µm with the 2 µm ATORN UP collets. With Fahrion 2 µm HPD sealed collets to 80 bar for internal cooling (without sealing washer)
- Completely enclosed in the chuck cone for optimum stability and even distribution of clamping forces
- Retention force twice that of conventional collet chucks
