EFK100 - OVERFLOW PROTECTION

Application

Replenishing the cooling lubricant tanks of CNC machines always involves risks: Replenishing the tank can take a long time, which can result in the user forgetting to shut off the water again and the tank overflowing. Removing the spilled cooling lubricant is usually associated with water damage and high costs.

The EFK100 automatically closes the water pipe when the required level is reached. The device is battery powered and requires no cables. This means that it can be easily transported along with the barrel to any machine. The magnetic ball joint base ensures ease of operation.

The electronics were developed in-house and offer very simple operation with no expertise required. An LED lights up when the battery is low and indicates that a battery change is required. The supplied float switch is also equipped with a strong magnet and can be attached to any cooling lubricant tank. The flexible articulated arm also provides access to hard-to-reach areas in the tank.
