Application
The fork extensions can be used whenever the existing forks of the forklift truck are not long enough.
Execution
- The fork extensions for forklift trucks have an open design and are made of sturdy sheet steel. The fork extensions are open at the bottom. To prevent the transported load from accidentally slipping off the fork, the fork extensions are equipped with a locking pin safeguard.
Notes
For stability reasons, 60 % of the extension should rest on the existing forks of the forklift truck. The calculation formula is: Fork length 1,200 mm/0.6 = max. 2,000 mm fork extension length.
