Application

Its rectangular shape makes the hinged-bottom container ideal for collecting bulky goods and panels as there is no sloping edge reducing the footprint of the container. The container is also suitable for collecting, transporting and disposing of bulk materials, films and other operational waste. The hinged-bottom container can also be easily handled using forklifts, cranes and pallet trucks.

Execution

• The rectangular body of the hinged-bottom container is made from a robust 3 mm-thick sheet steel construction, while the bottom flap (4 mm material) is equipped with additional reinforcement profiles. The edges are additionally reinforced with an all-round profile. The bottom flap can be equipped with additional centring walls (accessories) to ensure precise emptying. The bottom flap opens up to approx. 80° to ensure complete emptying of the container.
