Application

The gear chain trolley moves goods to the right or left by pulling on its endless hand chain.
The PLM-II and PREMIUM PRO chain hoists of the same load capacity can easily be hooked into and unhooked from the wide, longitudinal eyelet using the suspension hook, which balances out swinging loads.
The hand chains are zinc-plated to protect the operator and to ensure a long service life. They are assembled by being pushed onto the open-end beam.

Execution

• Sturdy side plates: Balanced load distribution to four wheels due to self-adjusting oscillation around the bolt axis!
  Four safety tabs on the ends of the side plates are used as wheel-break supports, rail cleaners and fall protection. In addition, the gear chain trolley comes with adjustable lift-off protection to suit the beam
• Ball bearing-mounted wheels: The wheels feature quality ball bearings with seals and lifetime lubrication inside. They ensure the smooth, secure movement of the trolley
• Large adjustment range: Thanks to easy replacement of spacers, GTM trolleys can be adapted to many beams.
