Application

Micro ventilators increase cooling lubricant quality by adding atmospheric oxygen. The service life of cooling lubricants and process baths is considerably reduced by external contamination and lack of oxygen. Anaerobic bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi form. This results in smelly, spoiled medium. Micro aeration is based on the principle of flotation. The medium is enriched with oxygen. At the same time, the buoyancy of oil and dirt particles is artificially increased by the accumulation of very fine air bubbles. Floating contaminants can be removed using our RAPID oil skimmers. The micro ventilator systems can be controlled as required using a timer.
