Application

For simple, straightforward and rapid scanning of all kinds of tools and components, and designing custom hard foam inserts.

Execution

• scanning area: 750 x 400 mm, max. load capacity of scanning area: 10 kg (with uniform distribution)
• scanning height: max. 115 mm (component height)
• depending on range of parts, up to 10x more precise recording of contours than with conventional scanning systems with cameras

• works with HK Designer planning software for custom hard foam solutions, no further software needs installing
• no need to transfer images, contours can be called up directly from the HK Designer planning software after scanning
• highly accurate and precise recording of small and narrow components, no shadowing, even with tall components
• no distortion of perspective and independent of ambient conditions (light, brightness etc.)
