HK light panel for the quick and easy design of hard foam inserts

Application

For simple and rapid arrangement of your individual hard foam insert, for your existing tool stock.

Execution

• LED panel 600 x 600 mm incl. transformer and socket
• LED panel inserted in a hard foam insert, colour black/blue
• Step 1: Decide how you want your tools to be arranged and partitioned and place them within the reference frame on the white area of the light box/light panel.
• Step 2: Take a photograph with your digital camera, transfer it to your computer and then upload it to the HK Designer Software for hard foam inserts.
• Step 3: The shapes of the photographed tools, parts or items are digitised, processed individually by you using the HK Designer Software and provided with recessed handles.
• Step 4: After the order has been placed and confirmed, the customised hard foam insert will be manufactured and delivered.

Advantage

• Existing tools can be captured directly on site and ordered and partitioned as you wish
• simple and straightforward recording using a digital camera (for version with light panel no. 50537 985, not included in scope of delivery)
• Little effort required
• Can be ordered as a hard foam insert from lot size 1
