MINI TC HPM minimum quantity lubrication

Application

The Mini-TC is a mobile minimum-quantity lubrication device for operating max. 1 spray head. Its special features are a powerful spray head, easy installation and simple use with drills, saws and in thread cutting. It is suitable for all liquids, with the exception of lacquers, resins and adhesives, which reach a maximum viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 20°C or 35 mm²/s at 40°C. The supplied magnetic holder allows the device to be fixed securely to all magnetic surfaces. The unfiltered and un-oiled network air (4-9 bar) is connected to the conditioning unit. The spray air pressure is set at the pressure reducer with manometer. We recommend a low spraying air pressure of 0.7 up to max. 1.5 bar.
